Courtney Love, 45, has made some pretty serious claims against Jamie Spears, Britney Spears dad.

Love took to her Facebook page with the accusations saying:

“britneys dad molested her , imagine the father that molested you owning you for slavery while your forced to sing songs picked for thier sexual content every night, insane right? i have it on First had authority, and fight as hard as she is and does she still didnt pull that card, its a pride thing i can relate to, However they want to play dirty, lets go, Im SO not affraid of the little trolls who hit this when i was fucked up who are called lawyers. lets GO.”

Britney Spears’ father-conservator, Jamie Spears, has reportedly fired three of the pop star’s dancers from her Circus tour after they failed drug tests. Old Man Spears is taking his role as Britney’s legal, fiscal and personal steward very seriously, making sure Brit isn’t surrounded by negative influences.

Typically, this involves battling Adnan Ghalib and Sam Lutfi in court, but his reach extends to the backup dancers who support Britney’s mega-concerts, too. Of course, this not to say the tour is totally scandal-free.

Sunday, Britney Spears experienced a wardrobe malfunction in Tampa, Fla., which no one was aware of until she proclaimed “my pu$$y is hanging out” into a live mic.

Fortunately, no p—y proclamations were made last night at her show last night on Long Island, where the big story was a surprise Madonna appearance! Shortly before Spears took the stage at the Nassau Coliseum, Madonna came in with manager Guy Oseary (and several bodyguards, but no Jesus Luz).

“She purposely walked up the main stairs in front of everybody so they would all notice her,” an insider said, adding that screaming fans swarmed her. “Celebrities definitely don’t need to go up the main stairs to get to their suites.”

According to the National Enquirer, some of Britney Spears’ journals and videos were stolen. They claim Brit is in a frenzy over them, because they were done during her major breakdown, and reveal all sorts of unsavory things about the singer. They also say she doesn’t want the information out there because one day she wants to explain to her sons what happened herself – not have them read her journals out of context. And it does sound like some really crazy stuff – though it explains some of her behavior.

The issue claims Britney is in a “panic” over stolen journals and video interviews “done during some of the darkest days of her life,” said an insider. “She wants so desperately to tell her side for her boys, so there is a written record for them when they are grown and can understand better.”

Apparently Sam Lutfi and Adnan Ghalib aren’t done with Britney Spears. This week the singer had to get restraining orders against them. Why? After an entire year of being out of her life and out of the spotlight, the two are still conspiring to undermine her conservatorship. That’s legal speak for “they’re trying to get back in Britney’s life and take advantage of her again.”

According to TMZ, the pair have been conspiring with lawyer Jon Eardley to act on Brit’s behalf legally. Eardley once tried to claim he was Britney’s lawyer (even though she already had one) in an attempt to challenge the conservatorship – at Lutfi’s behest.

Both Sam and Adnan have been communicating with Britney. Sam is obviously the bigger problem, being the more evil one. He’s been threatening Britney’s dad Jamie as well, and has sent out text and instant messages with false accusations. This guy sure is persistent.

With a new outlook for her life and career, Britney Spears is about to change addresses.

“I just took my babies to our new home and they loved it! I can’t wait to move in,” the pop star says on her Web site.

Spears, 27, who has visitation rights – including overnights – with her sons Jayden, 2, and Preston, 3, put her six-bedroom, six-bathroom Studio City, Calif., on the market for more than $7 million. There was no official word on where the new house is.
