Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan is planning to file a restraining order against her dad because she fears for her safety. Read more on why Lindsay wants the restraining order below.

Lindsay’s parents have been publicly having a war of words over their daughter Lindsay, with her father, Michael, claiming Lindsay is hooked on drugs she buys from one of Hollywood’s biggest drug dealers.

Michael Lohan even went public with his concerns on Friday, appearing on Maury Povich to plead with Lindsay to check into rehab.

The Lindsay Lohan Milkshake is the latest craze sweeping through Hollywood. The actress delighted fans after creating a custom milkshake named after her at Millions of milkshakes in West Hollywood on Thursday night. Lindsay donned an apron and gloves to create the dessert, which will now be a featured item on the establishment’s menu.

Lindsay’s shake features swirls of vanilla and chocolate ice cream topped off with Oreo cookie crumbs.

Did actress Lindsay Lohan really steal $400,000 worth of Dior jewelry? Lindsay, 22, posed for a feature in Elle U.K. on June 6 and it was discovered that jewels from the photo shoot were missing. Two days later, reps from the studio went to the police and reported a pair of diamond earrings and a necklace stolen. Coincidentally, it was the same set that Lindsay wore in the photos, according to Star magazine.

Just last year, Lindsay was spotted partying in an $11,000 fur coat that was most definitely not hers. She claimed to have accidentally taken it from the coat closet at a NYC club. The rightful owner, Masha Markova, was not amused and eventually did manage to get the fur back.

While the folks at Elle U.K. are not accusing Lindsay, they are conducting a thorough investigation. The magazine even released a statement saying that it “has no reason to believe that Lindsay Lohan was in any way responsible and has no further comment to make.”

The arrest warrant issued over the weekend for Lindsay Lohan has nothing to do with the latest violent fight she had with girlfriend Sam Ronson. At issue instead is the actress’ compliance with the terms of her three-year probation stemming from her 2007 DUI arrest.
