Kylie Minogue has admitted to having Botox.

The 40-year-old Australian singer had cosmetic injections to ensure her face remains wrinkle-free and also hinted she may have undergone other anti-ageing procedures.

She told Elle magazine: “I’m definitely not one of those people who says, ‘You shouldn’t do this.’ Everyone individually can do what they want. I also think it doesn’t have the stigma that it had when I was growing up.

“For all time women have wanted to, for the most part, look their best. It’s just that what we have available to us today is – what it is today. And if you want to take advantage of it, yeah. I’m preferring to be a lot more? natural these days. I’ve tried Botox, I’ve tried all?”

Earlier this year, Kylie’s flawless forehead sparked rumours she uses Botox.

One plastic surgeon even claimed the ’2 Hearts’ singer has had her cheeks and lips cosmetically enhanced.

A few hours after her fateful fall on the ski slopes, Natasha Richardson appeared “disoriented … with signs of confusion, a concussion,” according to a medic who radioed hospital staff from the ambulance.

In tapes of the 911 call obtained by Canada’s Globe and Mail, the actress’s condition initially appeared mild.

“10-17,” the medic says at 1 p.m. on March 16, meaning he has arrived after a call to the 911 dispatch center near Mirabel, Quebec, in response to Richardson’s fall at the Mont Tremblant ski resort. “Uhh, we’re still waiting for the patient.”

Richardson, who was then feeling lucid, had declined treatment.

“There’s a [ski] patroller who just went by, who tells me it’s a 10-3,” the medic reports to dispatch at 1:11 p.m. In ambulance code, 10-3 indicates the job is cancelled.

But as mid-afternoon approached, Richardson began to experience severe headaches and the dispatch received another emergency call from the hotel, this time with the code “17-Delta-1,” which indicates the situation is now classified as “dangerous.”

Within 45 minutes, the medics had rushed Richardson into the ambulance and were headed to the Centre Hospitalier Laurentien in Sainte-Agathe, a local hospital.

Is it live or is it Memorex? That is the question that’s been plaguing American Idol fans’ curious little minds these days when it comes to the group performances at the beginning of the elimination show. Ever notice how sometimes what you see in those performances doesn’t exactly match what you’re hearing? Kind of made us go “hmmmm.”

Well, we got the answer from an Idol source who tells us, “They do prerecord the chorus stuff. And they sing live their solos and sing over the track on live?TV with the band playing live as well.”

That’s what a set source assures us, but wait until you read how Justin Guarini, runner-up from Idol‘s first season, explained those performances on Friday?

When talking about the group numbers, Justin said on TV Guide Network’s Idol Wrap, the weekly recap show he cohosts with Kimberly Caldwell, this: “Every single year, we cannot stand the group performances. I know they can’t stand it either. And I think what makes [the group performances] even worse now is that they?re lip-synced. They?re really prerecorded now.”

Taylor is April’s Allure cover girl, and People magazine has some of the details of the interview. Taylor doesn’t want to talk about her much-discussed virginity, saying “when you talk about virginity and sex publicly, people just automatically picture you naked. And as much as I can prevent people picturing me naked, I’m going to.” She also says that if you can get a good song out of the worst relationship, the whole ordeal was worth it. Manic comedian Robin Williams experienced chest pain and shortness of breath earlier this week while in Florida. The comic is in the midst of a new stand-up tour, “Weapons of Self Destruction,” which many have heralded as a return to his early roots as a zany, R-rated stand-up performer. Williams had to cancel shows and checked himself into a local hospital, where he remains under observation in the Intensive Care Unit.

A friend of the 22-year-old tells the March 9 issue of Star Magazine:

“She’s said many times that she never wants to live too far past 30 because she doesn’t want to get old and ugly. She’s always wanted to die young like her idol, Marilyn Monroe.”

Anyone tuning in to the E! Red Carpet Oscar show saw the most adorable Indian child actors ever. The brave little souls from Slumdog Millionaire faced down Ryan Seacrest and his barrage of inanities, and probably even more from the other entertainment news outlets. The kids were cheerful and polite, if a little confused. But they bore it all well, and at the end of the night, they got to climb up on-stage as part of their film’s Best Picture win.

The day after the Oscars, the kids got a special treat – they got to go to Disneyland, which was probably a lot of fun for them. Then, after their whirlwind American visit, they returned home Mumbai, where they were greeted as conquering heroes. I saw the footage of this on MSNBC, and it was startling – there was a huge crush of people. But once again, the kids were brave, and even answered questions from the awaiting journalists.

The 81st Academy Awards suggested how, as an annual TV event, the Oscars could become extinct — and frankly, it doesn’t seem like such a bad idea.

And it wasn’t just that, from Hugh Jackman’s opening number, to the interminable tributes by past winners that preceded every acting award, to the shockingly bad production numbers, nothing — nothing — on this telecast worked.

The real problem was that the people who put together this year’s show ended up coming across as contemptuous of what they were doing. Parody can be the most loving of tributes. (That’s why Carol Burnett’s parodies of golden age Hollywood are considered affectionate and perceptive film criticism.) The Oscars have always kidded the nominated movies.

But it’s one thing for Billy Crystal to come out in a Dr. Lecter mask and joke his way through a parodic melody — it’s quite another to open with a number in which a movie about an assassinated gay politician is represented by a routine that looks like the campiest sort of gay bar theatrical.
