PATRICK SWAYZE CANCER SPREADS

Patrick Swayze‘s cancer has spread to his lungs, The ENQUIRER has learned exclusively.

In late December – soon after taping his recently broadcast “20/20″ interview with Barbara Walters – Swayze, 56, underwent a secret cancer operation to bypass a deadly stomach blockage, sources tell The ENQUIRER. Sadly, his condition continued to deteriorate.

Swayze, 56, was hospitalized in early January for what his reps say was pneumonia. It was also around this time that it was discovered the beloved star’s pancreatic cancer had reached his lungs, where it is interfering with his breathing.
