ET confirms music star George Michael was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after being involved in a car crash in England on August 14.

A spokesperson for the Thames Valley Police tells us that around 1 a.m., a Land Rover and another vehicle collided. Officers arrested the driver of the Land Rover, a 46-year-old man, and took him into police custody. He was later released without charge at 5:55 a.m.

The police spokesman tells us there were minor injuries and no one went to the hospital.

The arrest warrant issued over the weekend for Lindsay Lohan has nothing to do with the latest violent fight she had with girlfriend Sam Ronson.
